“This was one of my best and easiest visits to pick-up an order. I was greeted by Alyssa and after she viewed my email and confirmed my order number she excused herself to get my order. While she was getting my order, KK answered several of my questions and showed me several items that were available in the store and in my size??.The customer service was great and Alyssa and KK were both very professional, personable and knowledgeable. “This location gets 4 stars because the ladies who work there are very helpful and friendly. Most of their items are overpriced, however, and my one complaint about the ladies is that they always try to sell new cub scouts things like pants, hats, and even socks. No one around here wears anything but the shirt and neckerchief and they know it.”
“This must be one of the most professional and courteous retail stores in today's arena. The associate helped me properly size my daughter over the phone and recommended different ballet shoes for her. Being a single parent with 3 boys and one daughter this proved to be immensely helpful.Due to some time constraints and unavailability of the shoes in my area I requested an overnight shipment. This was accepted by the owner, at my cost, and I received my daughters ballet shoes in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order. I WILL return for more items. “At first I thought I was in South Compton. ? lol. Customer service was great!!!! It's coming up to the 4th of July. ???????? So of course it was pretty busy, the weirdest thing was all of the ladies that were in the mall had bodies that reminded you of a ant ? ....the top was tiny the bottom was super huge, perhaps its the newest fad. In spite of the ant farm in Footlocker service was SUPER!!!!”
“We always shop Academy for outdoor gear and gifting. It's good to have an athletic store to visit with affordable pricing. Most sports shops have closed due to online ordering but we love to try on shoes , clothing and equipment. Clearance racks are also great deals. Customer service and cashiers are helpful at East Chase Montgomery location along with the Prattville location.”
