I made a reservation, checked in online, spent $50 getting to the airport pickup location just for them to tell me they don't have anything available. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have checked reviews before I booked. I see why they are rated so badly.

Rented form here well in advance. The rental was for a week. I confirmed my information before and submitted my license. Just to show up and to have left early leaving a sign to go to hertz. There was no cars...smh. super crappy!

Worst customer service experience I have ever experience at the montgomery airport. STAY AWAY FROM THRIFTY. the manager and people at the desk will be unhelpful, and make lies and curse profanities at you. Of all things during Christmas as well. BUYERS BEWARE
