The uHaul app doesn't work very well. But the rental and the pickup was fine. The people there are very nice and easy to communicate with. The app didn't show how to get to the place like it was supposed to so I had to Google the name of the place for directions.

Location is in a pet grooming business in a strip mall. Not really what you expect. The U-haul trucks are parked behind the building. Kayla was very friendly and interrupted grooming a dog to assist me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
It is a huge time saver to do the preliminary check-in online.
