“Great service I rented a 15ft truck and received and upgrade to a 20ft for the same price since didn't have availability for the one i rented, i called a day in advance and costumer service said i could pick it up anytime once i was there uhaul canceled my reservation since i didn't pick it up on time even tho i was told i can pick it up anytime. The lady in the office help me to get a truck for my move she did everything possible i really appreciate it. We were on time for our move.”
