“Good service as usual. I just wish the tellers were consistent in how they administer service. I shouldn't have to wait forever for a simple deposit while she waits on cars that came up long after I did. The reason given made no sense whatsoever.”

He called me and helped get everything taken care of via text and email. “Today, after my appointment, I stopped by the Taylor Road branch of MAX Credit Union, and once again I was reminded why I enjoy doing business with this organization.
I had the pleasure of working with Caliyah, and she provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. What began as a routine banking visit turned into a meaningful experience. Caliyah and I spent nearly thirty minutes talking, primarily about banking and financial matters, but the conversation was engaging, informative, and enjoyable. She took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and make me feel valued as a member rather than simply another customer.
One thing that particularly stood out to me was her workspace. Her desk was decorated with inspirational quotes and encouraging messages. While some may view those things as simple decorations, I found them refreshing and uplifting. It was encouraging to see a young professional creating an environment filled with positivity, motivation, and purpose. Those small touches made a lasting impression on me.
I would also like to commend the entire Taylor Road branch. Every time I visit, I am greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a level of customer service that is truly top-tier. In a time when personal service often feels rushed or impersonal, this branch consistently makes members feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated.
