“I’m very grateful for the above and beyond service that I received from the Trussville O’Reily’s this morning. My son had purchased a battery from the Irondale O’Reily’s on Monday morning. He was told they could not install the battery until later in the afternoon because they was short staffed. Unfortunately, that timing didn’t work, we both start work at the time they said they could install the battery. I called back a day later to see if they could do it earlier and was again told no, not until later. Then my son when by again today and was told the same thing. No other shop would install the battery bc we had not purchased the battery from them. I decided to call another O’Reily’s to see if they could help. I reached Roy, @ the Trussville store and he spoke with his manager, Justin and they came up with a plan of action. I followed their instructions & return the battery to the Irondale store and went & purchased the battery from the Trussville store. Roy installed our new battery and Justine gave us great service. We had already decided to start using the Trussville store before we even got to the store. They proved to us that, that was the right decision. Thank you.”

“I worked with Stefan for two months prior to the custom paint job starting. He did over 20 spray out samples for my wife to look at before she found one that she thought would be perfect. A mix of 2 different Orion pearl paints with crushed rainbow glass on top that flopped from pink to purple and hints of red. For the accent color we went with a gloss tuxedo black with rainbow crushed glass. I also gave Stefan some artistic freedom to make judgement calls based on his experience.
After ColorWerx got the Jeep and started the work Stefan was not thrilled with the color and flops so he added a little secret sauce to make the colors more vibrant. After multiple phone conversations, in person visits, and about 7 weeks they had completed the job. It included a full custom paint job, painting half doors, accessories, dash, and interior covers. My wife absolutely loves the color and paint job.”

I want to take a moment to recognize Izzack and Michael at O’Reilly Auto Parts because people like these two deserve to be recognized.
We were traveling when our vehicle started losing coolant very quickly and we were in a difficult situation. We stopped at O’Reilly, and from the moment we arrived, these guys went far beyond what was required of them. They even allowed us to use the restroom, then took the time to look at our vehicle, help us diagnose what might be happening, and, even after hours, recommend a shop that could help us.
But what really stood out to me was that their kindness wasn't just directed toward us.
When we pulled in, Izzack was outside helping an elderly gentleman put his windshield wipers on. He didn't rush him or make him feel like a burden. He even told him to come back anytime if he needed anything at all.
Inside, both Izzack and Michael were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hardworking. They were helping customers promptly, keeping the store clean and organized, and still taking the time to genuinely help people rather than simply doing the minimum required of them.
You just don't see that kind of work ethic and genuine kindness as often as you should anymore.
These two are exactly the kind of employees businesses should want to keep and reward. They represent what excellent customer service is supposed to look like—not because they were trying to impress anyone, but because they genuinely seemed to care about helping people.
If you're having vehicle trouble and need parts, advice, or just a place where you know someone is actually going to try to help you, I highly recommend supporting this O’Reilly and these two employees in particular.
I hope management sees this and knows what a valuable asset they have in Izzack and Michael. They deserve recognition, appreciation, and absolutely deserve to be paid accordingly for the kind of employees they are.
