“Savannah was such a great representative of this location today. I had my account closed by accident and need to get in touch with the general manager. Savannah was very prompt in giving me all the information possible about this situation and told me she’d reach out to the general manager immediately. I got a call from Crystal (GM) within 15 minutes and my account issues were resolved. Crystal was also a gem of a human to communicate and resolve the issue. 10/10 recommend this location.”

“Rented a couple units for a few months while moving from out of state. They have a tremendously clean facility and looks to be somewhat new by how well it’s maintained. Ashley in the office was a joy to work with and entertained all of my many questions as a first time storage user. They had competitive prices, a secure facility and worked for what we needed. I was sad they didn’t offer U-Haul trucks at the time as that would have been convenient, but now they offer truck rental too. Highly recommend.”
“Hired them to move all the large furniture within my home, the crew present were not only efficient but handled everything with care! I know furniture movers aren't known for that and I was very impressed! Overall I was very happy with the service and it ended up being less than quoted and less than the time expected. I hope I don't move any time soon but if I do I will be using this company again!”

“I'm a new customer and it was late in the day when I arrived. The employee was very understanding because my code wasn't working (I rented the unit via telephone and he code came from there). She found my registration in their system and corrected the problem. She also was extremely helpful in giving me the location for my unit. I could not get the unit open so she came to the rescue once again. This employee made my experience a good one and I appreciate her kindness and help.”

“Best place around! Affordable and doesn't trick you like Midgard with their hidden fees and unnecessary 30 day vacate notice. Seriously, we've moved in the past and needed storage in the United States but this family owned place is the cleanest, best secured, best prices than anywhere else. I've talked to Drew and Maggie and they are both the nicest and today when turning in our unit we got to meet the owners, they were working today, such genuine people and we will let everyone know on social media this is the best in the Athens/Harvest/Huntsville Alabama area. We bought a house in Harvest closer to Huntsville and still chose Midpointe, still a quick drive, 14 miles. They're very local and in a great spot!”
“Best place to to store your beloved items! I have kept my items here for about six months now, no bugs, no creatures, no moisture, no inconvenience AT ALL! The owner is a real genuine guy who has helped me at the drop of the hat two days in a row. I unfortunately locked myself out of my storage unit by forgetting my key at home in Tennessee. He showed up and cut the lock off for me within 30 minutes. Then, the next day, I realized I had left a prized possession outside my unit. One of those “I thought I did, and didn’t” moments... The owner again came to my rescue and locked up my prize possession until a nearby friend can come by and store it for me. I highly recommend County Line Storage as your go to unit to keep your items safe on your personal good and bad days. The owner was there for me in a pinch. Money cannot buy good people or good service and that is just what you will get. More than your money bargained for. :)”

“The was by far the best experience. Rented on-line, great price. Contacted for details; an email was immediately sent with all info. I called and the lady I spoke to was the best. I wish I could have remembered her name. I intend to get it because she was so great and accommodating. She explained how I would use the code to enter and exit. I had a lock waiting for me in the unit They have truly went above and beyond. Best storage and will highly recommend. I definitely know what bad is and I was not expecting such an easy day.
