“I usually use a chain pharmacy, but happen to stop in Mills a few months ago because the other pharmacies were out of stock on my medication. They are awesome! They are quick and friendly! They answer their phone without placing you on a 30 min hold. They make you feel welcome and like you matter, not like you are a number and a bother to them. This place is great! I would highly recommend them!”

“They are the best for several reasons. They open at 7:30 am daily. Not sure about Saturday but they closed Sunday. But that's cool. Lowest prices on my prescription. And friendly service and you don't have to wait that long to talk to someone. They even deliver if memory serves me correctly. I'm glad I switched pharmacy's. “The pharmacy techs are so patient and don't immediately have a cold shoulder judgment against you way about them when you go pick up your prescription if adhd meds. Most pharmacy people today have made me feel horrible just by picking up my meds, bit not the ladies at winn dixie in fultondale! They go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable and they also need a raise! 5 stars 2 thumbs way up!!!”

“The Pharmacist, Lisa is PHENOMENAL! She always greets you with a warm smile and friendly attitude and always provides exceptional service. She is always helpful and knowledgeable. She makes your day brighter and honestly makes you feel like you using a small hometown “Mayberry” type pharmacy where everyone is friendly and remembers you, which is quite extraordinary given the fact they are a corporate pharmacy inside a retail chain store. My family and I are very grateful to have found this location and we personally drive out of our way to this pharmacy because Lisa and all the other staff are so helpful and welcoming. Another major plus is they can fill an RX in 10-15 minutes vs. our local pharmacy taking hours/days & sometimes weeks in the past.Lisa is a great asset for CVS/Target and we hope she will always be there. My family and I have made comment after comment about CVS corporate need to send other employees/staff from the other CVS locations to train under Lisa and her staff. They could all benefit greatly from observing Lisa and how to properly treat customers/patients and fill RX’s in a timely manner. Thank You Lisa!!!!”

“I feel like CVS is overpriced, just in general. However , I am a fan of most places where I can get in and out of stress free! This location is that for me. I don't come here often but the times I have come here , have been just right. Sure , you might pay $100 for 2 items BUT sure beats dealing with some other competitors. Ha!The young lady working was diligent at restocking and running the register. Super clean store. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Decent store overall!”

Either way Rebecca was respectful and patient with all of our questions and needs and was super helpful. She's wonderful.”
“Warm greeting, "Welcome To Walgreens" as soon as I entered the store. Clean and organized store but it looked like they were due for a shipment . The cashier who assisted me at checkout was friendly and knowledgeable. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program in order to take advantage of in -store savings. It's really good to see this Walgreens location still thriving , because so much business has left this area. I 'm a fan of Walgreens and I never have any issues whenever I come here. Overall , a solid experience!”

“This pharmacy is kind of hit or miss as to whether or not your prescriptions will be ready. I'd say it's about 80/20 with them being ready. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens.On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!”
“I think this was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman cashier greeted me soon as I walked in. I immediately noticed how well organized and clean the inside of the store was. Despite them not having what I was looking for , I walked around the store. I was impressed! I would definitely come here again because I feel like this location is easy to get in and out off. The location surpassed my expectations.”
“This is a good Walgreens location in Birmingham, Alabama. The service was professional and friendly and the store had the usual merchandise that you would associate with a Walgreens location.
