“Got into wood working as a hobby, bought the best slabs of wood from this gentleman. He even talked me up to trying to actual execute a challenging project. I was successful. Smart man. I bought perhaps 6 slabs of various wood, some was well dried sweet gum. Most beautiful piece I ever made was a result of y’all. Thank you.

“There was a system error that resulted in a delayed delivery of a ladder I ordered online. The staff member I spoke to about it was very kind and helpful though. They were able to deliver the ladder sooner than I expected after the error was caught (day after original expected date) and even took the time to call me to let me know when they were on their way. I truly appreciated the customer service I received.”

“In 1990 I purchased materials for a deck 16x24 all pressure treated "ground contact" lumber delivered. Upon inspection the decking was not ground contact material but Shaw guaranteed me the material was mislabeled and my materials was infact ground contact.Well, I didn't want to take a chance and requested replacement and Shaw promptly honored my request. Hard to believe but my deck remains straight and strong.I recently recommended Shaw to my daughter and to anyone ready my witness. I am not being paid for this critique. I do not know anyone at Shaw.”
