All of the employees are awesome! The store is fully staffed. The staff is polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They genuinely try to save you money. They greet you, immediately. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is because they make sure each customer gets the time and attention he/she deserves. They apologize for the few minutes you have to wait. I have always had excellent experiences at this store; I visit the store, quarterly. Excellent customer service is extremely rare these days. I appreciate the excellent customer service at AT&T.”
“After spending hours at the Apple store who said they needed to erase my phone to install a screen I called Cellaxs. He met me late at night after hours for an emergency screen repair, had it done in less than 5mins for 1/4 the cost of Apple, didn't require any phone reset or data loss. It's working perfectly. “Great customer service, from this team. I came in switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T which was the best decision I made. I started off with the a guy named “G” he was very helpful, funny and had great customer services. We came across a few problems but no fault to him. That’s when his manager Jaleel step in. This crew was awesome it’s Christmas Eve day, their store was closing early but he made sure my kids and I was taking care of. Another team member by the name of Angel step in, she assisted him as well. They work overtime even when the store was closed and they were supposed to leave early that day. They all were a blessing to my kids and I. I appreciate every last one of them. They went above and beyond. I’m beyond grateful and glad I made the decision to stop in that day. She spent so much quality time representing us today with an ongoing problem of trying to disconnect our landline and terminate charges from Uverse that have been on our bill since 11/2021when DIRECTV was installed by an ATT technician. Last Friday we were there for the same situation. Shelby stuck with us and successfully solved our problem by working through Melissa at Direct TV. Mr. Moore greeted me as soon as I opened the door with a warm and welcoming smile which immediately placed me at ease. I was not looking forward to adding a line to my account because generally there are mishaps in billing.
Mr. Moore was extremely patient as he LISTENED to my concerns. He allowed to me see and experience the difference in the devices as I made my careful selection.
Mr. Moore explained my various options and in real time showed me what fit my expectations.
While still remaining very patient Mr. Moore allowed me to ask questions as he answered in a way that made me feel valued. His “can do” demeanor throughout my time in the store was beyond what I expected. He was dedicated to service and not just a sale.
