He met me late at night after hours for an emergency screen repair, had it done in less than 5mins for 1/4 the cost of Apple, didn't require any phone reset or data loss. It's working perfectly. There is a relaxed and pleasant climate there. I have never felt pressured about buying, And have appreciated all the help I have gotten from the techs at the store.
Brandon was certain no exception. He was pleasant, pPolite and professional. He knows his business and he knew exactly how to guide me to just the right phone for me. I bought a 17 E and I am so pleased with it.
