I drove over 2 hours from Chattanooga with two small children for a morning appt to fix issues with a new vehicle I just bought from the area. Karen is a go-getter, super attentive to the fine details, full of southern hospitality, and kept me updated multiple times during vehicle wait. They fixed the vehicle issues, even found another issue and went ahead to take care of that as well. Who does that!? What a place!! When vehicle was brought out, they even had just car washed it! They treated my vehicle and family like their own, that is so uncommon. Most customer service experiences nowadays are below par, not this place — they went above and beyond. They are true gems! 🌟”

“Had collision repair work done here after a wreck I had over thanksgiving break and man are these guys amazing. Gary is awesome and the whole customer service process was smooth and top notch. They even fixed small scratches on my paint from wear and tear and did some wire work on some lights that I bought. Wasn’t even apart of the original issue with the collision work they just did it just to do it. Amazing place I heavily recommend it for any work you need done.”

“Placed order for a rear bench for my 68 cutlass 442 and had it delivered six days later. The disclaimer said possibly 4-8 weeks of a wait. Looks as though it was in stock after all. The stitching was very nice but a few (minor) line up spots a bit off. If I were looking for a concourse resto I’d maybe have second thoughts of sending back but not so. Very pleased of the material match to my front buckets. I would definitely purchase from Profit again. Thanks again.”
