“Staff is always helpful and friendly. One time they were closed when I needed propane and the owner saw and opened just so I could get propane. Cheapest propane around too. $15 for a 15 lb propane tank.”

“Amazing experience. Old-time customer service that is so rare to find anymore, especially at box stores. We need to continue supporting our small town businesses like this. The guy in plumbing has helped me twice in two weeks and he is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Took the time to explain different pipe sealant, help me find supplies for my new job, found me the right fittings and helped me unclog calcium out of my pipe assembly. Lowes needs to take a play from this man's book on customer service! I will definitely continue coming here for both my job and personal projects. Thanks Ace! Sincerely, A happy customer.”

“I stopped by Talladega Ace Home Center while trying to fix a few things around the house and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. One of the staff took the time to walk me through the right tools and materials without overcomplicating it. I went in with a rough idea and left with everything that actually worked for the project. It made the whole process a lot easier than figuring it out on my own.”
