“Absolutely Amazing company. Came to my aid and found me a new tire showed up changed the busted one and put new one on in the rain I might add. . Told me to just sit in the car cause his clothes was water proof. Saved me that night and still made it to work excellent”
“When I arrived, they were running a few minutes behind but the manager immediately came over to my car and sincerely apologized and said they'd get to my car ASAP. Once I pulled into the bay, I told them I had a 4th of July coupon that expired at the end of that day. They politely advised me that the coupon did not cover the oil I requested for my car. The manager again came over to talk to me and helped me find a decent coupon on their app that I could use. Even though I could have gone to Walmart to get the oil at a much cheaper price, he very nicely convinced me to stay bc if I went to Walmart I'd be waiting hours (which is very true). Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism and extreme kindness I received... especially from the manager.”
