“My tire sensor light came on & my tire started making a bumping noise as I was driving down the road. Happened to be passing Hines tires, so I turned in. A man quickly came to ask if I needed help. He checked the air pressure and started looking at and feeling my tire. Had a metal roofing screw in it from recent construction work that I had had done. He plugged the hole and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly, polite and professional employees. Highly recommend this business. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only bc the shop was very dirty, unlike big fancy tire dealers, but I’d lot rather use this shop as them anyway. Thanks for work well done fellas. 😊”

“I highly recommend this tire service! I brought in my 82-year-old father’s electric mobility scooter to have the tires looked at, and I was extremely impressed with how honest and straightforward they were.
They were very reasonably priced, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, they didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. In a world where it sometimes feels like businesses are always looking for ways to add extra charges, it was refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cared about helping their customer.
They treated us with respect, did exactly what was needed, and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. That kind of honesty and customer service means a lot, especially when you’re helping an elderly parent.

“As a member for many years. I know that sometimes the crowds make this a place to avoid. Especially after church on Sunday. My wife and I enjoy hitting up the store on Sunday morning. We usually get our items then enjoy a hot dog combo ! The Nathan's hot dogs are something sPecial to us .”
“When I arrived, they were running a few minutes behind but the manager immediately came over to my car and sincerely apologized and said they'd get to my car ASAP. Once I pulled into the bay, I told them I had a 4th of July coupon that expired at the end of that day. They politely advised me that the coupon did not cover the oil I requested for my car. The manager again came over to talk to me and helped me find a decent coupon on their app that I could use. Even though I could have gone to Walmart to get the oil at a much cheaper price, he very nicely convinced me to stay bc if I went to Walmart I'd be waiting hours (which is very true). Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism and extreme kindness I received... especially from the manager.”

“I have visited this location on several occasions, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees in particular. Unfortunately, I do not know his name because every time I see him, he is constantly moving and working. He is a tall, slender African American employee who consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic as well as another employee name Austin.
During every visit, I have observed them working tirelessly, often handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring customers are taken care of. Most recently, during my last visit, they were working in the heat, sweating and staying focused on getting the job done while others appeared far less engaged. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to work hard have stood out to me every single time I have been at the store.
Employees like them are a major asset to any company and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. It is rare to see someone consistently give 100% every time they are on the job, and their commitment does not go unnoticed by customers.
I would also encourage management to take a closer look at how employees and customers are treated. As a customer, I have personally observed situations that appeared inconsistent and concerning, particularly regarding how some Black customers were treated compared to others. I believe every customer deserves the same level of respect, attention, and service regardless of race.
My main reason for writing this review is to ensure that these hardworking men receive the recognition they deserve. Their work ethic, dedication, and professionalism reflect positively on Southern Tire Mart, and I hope management and corporate leadership take notice of the value they bring to the team.”
