“The customer service standards in my store in Florida deteriorated, so I assumed that’s just how Publix is now. I came to Alabama and found that my Publix here is still superior to any other supermarket, and I love it. The deli is great, so is the pharmacy, and everyone at check out as well. There’s always someone to pack your groceries and they offer to help you to your car. This is the public I’m used to.”
“Went here yesterday and had a great experience. The owner is friendly and helpful. The store is organized and clean. I was able to find some amazing snacks. This is the only place I been able to find purple yam products around here and I have to say I almost went crazy buying things because I was so excited. The cheese corndogs with fish paste are amazing! I will be back for more”
“I love shopping at the Piggly Wiggly!! Our Ozark Piggly Wiggly is centrally located just north of the courthouse! They have a great selection of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, fresh produce, fresh dairy products and of course the rest of the inventory you would expect at the Piggly Wiggly!! Friendly staff and professional service!!”
“I stopped at the visitors place to get some directions to the Lyster building. The guard was very professional and helpful in getting me a map and pointing it out how to get there and then giving me a one-year pass to get on the base. Extremely helpful. The Personnel at the Lyster building starting with the security guard who pointed me to the direction of the VA benefits was also very helpful and professional too. The receptionist at the VA Benefits Center on the second floor also was very concerned for helping us and did all she could and gave us the information we needed to complete our task. I want to thank Fort Novosel and the professional leadership they have for helping someone that is retired and not aware of how to navigate this base. I really appreciate all that they done and your personnel should be commended. Thank you,

“The staff is very friendly, although i think it has to be said that this particular store could definitely use a good cleaning. However, I just came in here to grab a bottle of soda for the night before heading to my hotel room.”

“Stopped by here for gas today. Clean and conveniently located. There is also a car wash on site as well. My pump worked and had no issues with getting the pump to accept my card and fill up my tank. Also very easy to enter and exit.There is a small convenience store inside with the typical products that you would find at any similar store.”
“This particular Dollar General is in the downtown area of Ozark, Alabama and is located in a shopping plaza and is next to Hoppergrass Restaurant. This Dollar General location is basically your typical Dollar store and has the usual dollar store merchandise. Some of the items in here are good deals and some stuff would not be worth it even if it was free. The staff here is friendly enough and this Dollar General location is pretty much a decent Dollar General. Overall and taking into consideration that it is a dollar store, I will give this particular Dollar General a grade of four stars. If you are in Ozark, Alabama and are looking for a dollar store, this particular Dollar General location is a good place to head towards. Hey, and while you are here, make sure that you check out the downtown area of Ozark, Alabama.”
“A few minutes ago me and my kids was purchasing items and my daughter accidentally drop a bottle of pickles then she got them all up when we get ready to Check out then when the lady start bagging our items I told her that I needed a key in my card number when I said that she said under her breath I wish she would hurry up so then I went to the back and ask to speak to the manager and I asked the manager what’s corporate number he told me he didn’t have it just know people do not go to the store they are really rude!!!!”
“I like the cashiers we currently have. I live just down the road and go quite often for soft drinks and gas. Friendliness matters alot to me and they are always welcoming and smiling.”
“I've been shopping here for years. This station is a locally owned small business with friendly service and a clean store. They have ethanol-free gasoline, but do not have diesel.”
“They have the freshest meats in Ozark. Also freshest produce. Prices are excellent. The employees are always helpful and kind. My only complaint is they aren’t located in Oneonta, Alabama. We need a Grocery Outlet store in my hometown !”
“I love the managers and staff there! Without them our rescued animals would not be as happy and healthy as they are,! Puppies dogs cats, ferrets pigs, chickens and ducks. They are so happy to help us find what ever we need to supply our babies with daily living products! Thank you all. By the way the ducks love the kiddy pool!”
“I love this Dollar general, it's huge, well stocked, and has wonderful staff.
They almost always have hot tamales and other snacks and when this store runs clearance you can get some really good stuff VERY cheap.
This store also has a small clothing section, health care section, and normal house supply stuff that you would see at almost any dollar general.”
“Close to home. Convenience. Good prices. A little of everything. Usually only one cashier or just the self checkout. The cashier was nice, polite, and chatty. It was nice to have a friendly employee. It doesn't seem common anymore. A stocker didn't like me taking pictures. I go often. I'll go again.”
“An older dollar general here in Daleville. The selection is large and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The store seems a little dirty but that may be just because of the floor that is really terrible. It needs to be replaced or at the very least professionally cleaned and waxed.
They had plenty of snacks, home goods, and other items to meet most needs without having to drive to the larger stores in Dothan or Enterprise.”
“This is one of the newest Dollar generals in town and it is very near by me. The staff here is always great and sometimes they're very funny. I really enjoy stopping here and getting my hot tamales.You can catch some really good clearance sales here as well if you're paying attention, the store is a little cluttered but they always have what I need. And it seems to be in a pretty convenient location in the parking lot is easy to get in and out of most the time.”
“I go for their hot lunch bar. It's a way for me to get fresh veggies in. You get two veggies and a meat one their plate.... Right now they have an excellent cook with a great personality. He's a retired Veteran and still rocking it.”
“I have to do a lot of online ordering, the delivery people are absolutely amazing always kind and even when I visit the Walmart supercenter in Ozark they're absolutely fantastic very helpful if you have a problem they solve it for you couldn't bring enough on the Walmart supercenter in Ozark”

“The cleanest DG store I have visited. In the past the store was badly stocked and badly run. Now there has been a vast improvement. Lacks bathrooms for the public and for some that could be a problem and the corporate office should attend to this promtly. If it wasn't for this problem I would easily give 45 stars .”
