“I went here with my phically demanding autistic son and I went into the room and saw a 7 year old with his big back mom playing Fortnite on his crusty dusty musty Nintendo switch and the kid started hitting the mc griddle on his baby treadmill then I screamed get out of my swap just like my daddy shrek in 2000 the 2 scallywags ran out of my room in a matter of 0.69 milliseconds them my son temmeh started having a stroke but cause of his powers that nobody knows about he was ok then we sat on the bed and realized caseoh was my bed. Ps: best bed everSafety: Safety for others when caseoh was tryna get outWalkability: Caseoh can't get out”

“Great location on the river near running trails and good selection of restaurants with in walking distance. Room was well appointed and clean. Teagan downstairs at the breakfast bar had a warm smile on an otherwise chilly morning. Will be back”

“Great family weekend and it all started at the front desk at check in time, thanks to Kim!! Our crew had 3 rooms and Kim already knew the last names & had us situated close by each other. She was friendly and knowledgable from check-in to checkout!! Room was spacious, and clean and had everything you would need for a kitchen.
Thanks again Kim, you are a “bright light” in the Tuscaloosa Candlewood Suites!

“Some coworkers and I stayed at this location for a conference, and we had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean with no weird smells, the bathrooms were immaculate, breakfast was good, and customer service was amazing. Garrett was extremely helpful, he answered all of our questions, and he helped me recover items that I left behind accidentally. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Probably the best affordable hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were large, even had a sofa with a king bed. On top of it the staff was great! Ben was superb in helping me out and I'd stay here again. Thank you”
“The staff make me feel like im home. Something I value in what my idea of a hotel should be. Always on top of things when needed. Cleanliness is the first thing I see walking in. That's another thing I decide where Im laying my head down for the night.”

“I had an excellent stay there. The staff are very welcoming especially at the front desk. The experience checking in with Alicia was very pleasant and heart welcoming and checking out with Jay also was very satisfying. The staff takes time to invest in your interest and for that I give a 5 star. What really took my breath away was the cleanliness of the place, everything and everywhere was exceptionally clean and smelled really good.
The room was also very clean, smell great, it's like home away from home and very spacious. I truly did not find any fault to the room. The bathroom very clean with modern decor just as advertised in the pictures online. The room was newly renovated which gives it all the points it deserves.
This view from my room was beautiful to wake up to, it overlooks beautiful luscious green trees and a view of the pool.
The location was very easy to find because it's off the interstate 59 and interstate 20. It's easy access to a lot of attractions and local stores. The atmosphere is very spacious especially in the lobby, breakfast area and hallways. It was very peaceful and quiet.
I enjoyed staying there because the environment was really welcoming. Most definitely, I would be staying here again and recommend people to stay here. Another bonus factor is that it is budget friendly and pet friendly. 5 stars for the room and bathroom.
Breakfast, was very astonishing, full of varieties and was hot and delicious. The breakfast attendance were very helpful and welcoming, the atmosphere was very clean and smell very good. It was a well organized breakfast. I scored it 5 stars, truly deserve it.
All the amenities were available and in good working condition.
thanking the staff of the Rodeway Inn in Tuscaloosa Alabama for such a memorable experience of showing what exceptional hospitality should look and feel like. Job well done!”

“Great property, amaxing staff that accomodated any needs we had, and overall just a great time! One of the rooms had a sink that wasnt cleaned, and the second room we got wasn't the cleanest either, but it was very minimal dirt and grime. Overall the hotel was great and I would definitely stay here again. They even have a hot chocolate bar and cookies at night! Breakfast was amazing :)”

“I love this hotel! Rooms were very nice size. We got 2 double beds. Rates were really good. Beds were really comfortable. Shower head felt great ony back and my head and the water pressure was good. It stayed hot the whole time. Breakfast was huge. They had pancakes, omelets, bacon, turkey sausage, egg white omelets, cinnamon rolls, Muffins, cereal, Oatmeal, grits, fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee. Pancake machine made 2 Pancakes in one minute. We stopped at 1240am on the way through going home to Louisiana. They still had a person in the lobby. Alot of hotels don't have anyone available to check you in if you arrive after midnight. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with this hotel.”

“I have stayed at the Embassy 4 times since it has been remodeled and its very spacious and clean. I briefly encountered an issue with my room this occassion and Madelyn promptly fixed the situation and put me in another room. She offered swift and courteous service by bring a luggage cart to assist in the transition between rooms. Madelyn provided the type of customer service you hope for everytime you encounter an issue. No hassle, just solutions. As a diamond member I often see varying degrees of customer service but she provided top customer care.”

“Mary Ann was absolutely fabulous. She was very friendly and very accommodating. She even helped me find a parking spot for my truck and trailer. She was always asking to let her know if we needed anything. She also remembered us from a previous visit. If there were more Mary Ann's the world would be a better place. I can't say enough to tell you how great she was.”
“This was right off University area, thank goodness for GPS. Was a little hard to find. Getting back on the freeway was fun, as in not right off freeway. But rooms were really clean and YES they do allow Pets. Mine is Service animal but they do allow regular pets too.”

“As we were traveling home from a week long driving trip. This was the perfect stop for our last one. Last minute booking as we just couldn't drive any further. This being our 3rd hotel of our journey, it was the cleanest, most courteous and the fairest price of them all. Highly recommend.”
“Would recommend. Not luxury but but has all that you need. Visited early August. This hotel is near any store you could think of, shopped $300 in the area and had to sit on my carry-on to zip it back up going back home. Food prices in the area were reasonable. My room was a King size bed on the first floor, comfy but too close to mgt office and could hear each time they opened and closed the office door. My room was 108. Did find a bug in my room but staff were very quick and helpful, special shout out to Angel- she’s very professional and kind. Sweet southern hospitality was felt. Breakfast was good in the morning. Pool was clean. Check in and out was easy. Originally planned for one night but extended because it was comfortable for the most part. I did visit my friends’ room and it was outdated, lamps weren’t working and had a funny smell. That was room 124.”
“THE place to stay if visiting Tuscaloosa. Staff was all unbelievable from bar to front desk etc. rooms were stunning and modern. Very clean and even though it was a business trip it felt luxurious. Close walk from downtown with tons of great food options there! Gym was great too. Can’t wait to stay again once the rooftop is open… that’ll bring this great spot to even the next level.”
“We had a good pit stop at this hotel, staying for the night while travelling North. The newly renovated hotel/room looked aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast spread was good. Our only problem was that the TV in our room was not working. The hospitable lady from the reception did offer us to move to a different room, but it was too much of a hassle for us to move between room/floors for watching TV.”

“I stayed here a year and really enjoyed are time why we were there. This time Mrs Marsha the GM is wonderful and I really like her. VERY NICE!!!!! And for the new girl, she rocken it. Glad to have her in there and for Erica to be gone. That lady feel on the edge at all times. From the very first night she had a problem with my girls staying here and to remind you last year at this me and my girls and boyfriend live here for almost 2 months and one time did the office people have a problem with my girls. I can say I feel like last year was better for me than this time. People aren't the same and I was just more comfortable than I am this time. The only thing I don't like about the InTown suites is there nothing for kids to do and they need to be by you at all times. But for Mrs Marsha and the new girl in the office I just want to give you guys a shout out you guys are doing a great job and really enjoyed you guys being in the office.”

“I would not. stay anywhere else but Travelodge Tuscaloosa. The management is number 1. They are very caring and make sure their guest are pleased. And if you have stayed here the remember your name and make sure you have a great stay”
“Very conveniently located of the highway. Friendly people at the front desk. Rooms are nice sized and the beds comfortable enough. It's a good spot for what it is - a 2-star hotel.”
“All I needed was a place to sleep and shower close to the University of Alabama on a game weekend. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place but it served its purpose.”
“Room was very clean. No odors, bed was comfy. The refrigerator was a little loud. The hotel is on McFarland so we expected it to be loud & it was but we were so tired we didnt mind. Im only giving 4 stars because the pillows were small & had to be doubled up, the coffee maker didn't work, & the towels were rough as sand paper. Overall I will go back the next time we need to stay overnight in T-Town.Important things to me are:safe location ✔️clean ✔️comfy bed ✔️no smell ✔️no bugs ✔️Rooms: Very clean, no bugs & no smellsFood & drinks: Located beside a Waffle House & walking distance to other food places.”
