“EXTREMELY great customer service. Upon walking in the store I was greeted and told I would be taken care of momentarily. The wait was less than five minutes . Poor store manager was running things in a timely manner all while working the store alone . I must say I was very pleased with his patience and his integrity for his job . Javaris was exceptional .”
“Had the best experience atAT&T store in Northport Alabama
Josie and the manager Trey were fantastic
Thanks AT&T for hiring these two ”
“Every time I go in the store, I feel like I’m surrounded by family. Maria, Keyshon and Bobby are a great group of people in the store and they’ve helped with every need I’ve come across.”

“Minesha W at the Northport location went above to help me replace my broken phone. She was very nice, very professional, and fast service. I am absolutely so happy I decided to stop by this location today (September 3, 2022) and that Minesha was working. She made the process so easy and fast I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Y'all if you need a phone go see Minesha! And cricket that sweet lady needs a raise she's a real asset to your company.”
“This location is great! Even when busy, the employees are pleasant and keep things moving along. They are very knowledgeable about their products and WILLING TO EXPLAIN in detail so that even I can understand and make good choices concerning products and services. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Thanks!”
