“Even though they don’t take Tricare, they are very kind. If they do take your insurance, you should use them. Pharmacies like this are unique. It’s the people. Trying dealing with the box store pharmacies for one month and you will understand. Them not taking my insurance is beyond their control, and they were sympathetic about it. Even told me the closest place that did take my insurance.”

“Came here for the sale on detergent for the week and the staff at this particular location are so helpful and polite! I had gone to the fultondale location yesterday & they were out the Leeds location is on my way to work so I stopped by there now there weren't any bottles on the shelf but one of the associates so kindly said let her have a look in the back she then bought out a cart with several items to choose from and I really appreciate that! She could've easily said they were out but she went the extra mile for me! She was sweet and so was the lady at the register when I checked out ...they literally made my day it's the small things that's everything!”
“Medicaid refused to fill my insulin prescription. Medicaid would not refill my insulin prescription for three months and it is a life saving medication. Walmart filled the prescription for no cost to me. I am so happy with the service and support of the pharmacy. Thank you”
“The pharmacist and staff helped me tremendously today 12/3. They went above and beyond to help me! They ensured that I would receive an emergency Dexcom. I'm out of state and my Dexcom stopped working, which controls my insulin pump. After several failures to get it filled at another WM, Pell City not only filled it, but it was delivered to me that night. After an extremely stressful day between the insurance, the doctor, and the other WM, Pell City pharmacy came through for me and constantly updated me. I'm so thankful to them for the great sleep I got last night. 10stars! We are building our new home in Ohatchee and Pell City will be our Walmart! Thankful, Lori”
“First I called to see if I could get appointment they said that urgent care doesn't do that I asked how busy they are they said they been busy for 3 weeks asked if I came could I wait in my car she didn't know the answer but that okay. Went to urgent care signed in at 945am last was real nice and said it 1hr 30 minutes wait I asked if I could stay in my car she said no that I have to wait in waiting room. Not fans of that due to Covid but okay I will wait. On the hour mark they called me but all they wanted was payment then for me to sit back down and wait for my name to be called again. At about 2hr mark they called me back got weight, blood pressure, height and put something on my figure unsure what it does maybe temperature. Got put in a a room and waited and seen doc he was quick but from first entering and signing in to exiting building it was roughly 2 1/2 hours. It was very cold aleast to me and sitting in the cold for 2 hours made it rough on me. I had to get in my car and put heater one to warm back up. These was in August. So if you need Urgent care for here remo not a speedy place. And bring a jacket.”

“I want to give a big shoutout to Leeds Walgreens!!
I needed to get the rabies vaccine for school. This vaccine isn’t commonly sought out or available, let alone approved by insurance. I called many other local pharmacies, some wouldn’t even administer it, answer the phone, or help me navigate the insurance issues.
As a last ditch effort I called Leeds Walgreens, they answered promptly and told me to come fill out some paperwork since I wasn’t a client there. They ran my insurance anyway and told me the vaccine was covered 100%! They ordered it for me and had it in the next day. They have been SO kind and helpful. They saved me over $1,000!
Also watching them interact with other clients while I was waiting, they are very kind and efficient. Very very happy with my experience!

“Great place now and with good deals if you really look around. Clearance and all the weekly sales. Are expensive on some items, but they usually have good sales and customer service is pretty good, but they usually only have one register open. Quick online pickup but pharmacy can be slow there in the drive thru.”

“I can not say enough good things about this place!! We were with a chain pharmacy for many years. It did the job, until we had a child diagnosed with a chronic medical condition that requires daily medication to keep her alive. There were several times the other place wouldn’t have the medication ready in time and knew nothing about us when I called to ask questions. I knew it was time for a change. We changed to Margaret Pharmacy and it has been such a blessing! They know us by name and do whatever possible to make sure we always have what we need. We are much more than a number to them and it shows! Mark and his staff have been so helpful and I could not be more thankful to have found them!”
