“If customer service had a superhero division, Krista would be running it.
I walked into AT&T thinking I’d casually move three phones over from Verizon. Cute idea. One hour later we were buried in websites, mystery PIN codes, transfer codes, and customer service menus that felt personally designed to test our will to live.
Just when we thought we were in the clear — plot twist. Outdated phones. Physical SIM cards. Of course they needed to be swapped. And naturally, one of the phones was in California. Because why keep the drama local?
Did that stop Krista? Absolutely not. She somehow managed to coordinate with my daughter through Facebook to get it handled — while still helping 8-10 other customers because she was completely alone. No backup. No meltdown. Just calm, jokes, efficiency, and what I can only describe as supernatural patience.
We finally walked out victorious with everything transferred and working, and I’m convinced the only reason it happened is because Krista is, in fact, superhuman.
AT&T — give this woman a cape, a raise, and maybe a sidekick.”
“Probably the most helpful folks i have encountered at this Verizon store. My phone was messed up. The gal fixed it. Quick and with zero hassle. Very much appreciate the help today.”
