“Having a tire blow out on my nearly new car (2025) and being towed to Firestone for a new tire was not on my Bingo card for today, but life happens. The crew at Firestone made my experience as pain free as possible. Everyone was friendly and professional. There were multiple options available for the replacement tire- I got to choose. The mechanic noticed that I had bags of groceries in the back of the car, including refrigerated items. He kept my car running with AC on full blast (& checked with me to make sure that I was okay with this). I appreciate the genuine thoughtfulness and care displayed through my time there. Speaking of time, I was in and out within 30 minutes even though I didn't have an appointment. If I need work done on my car in the future, I will be back at Firestone. Thank you for making a frustrating situation not quite as bad.”
“Stopped by on this past Thursday with my Alfa Romeo to check issued with back brakes. Guy who works on car would be in Saturday (they called him to check) to change back brakes. Saturday arrived at 0730 out before 0930. Awesome job as usual. I love this place. Hope the guy never retires as long as I have this car!!!”
