“AWESOME SERVICE!!! I am so grateful for Danielle and V helping me out just now! I literally came across the street from the mall lot because my car was idling weird and I know how bad my oil leaks so I checked and of course it’s EMPTY!!! I had oil in the trunk like half quart left but I couldn’t get the oil cap off myself to add it in the car, so I was thinking “ok what can I do? I have to get to work soon” and then I remembered Mavis is right here across the street (since I’d just gotten my tires done here recently) so I turned the car on and PRAYED it wasn’t as bad as it looked, pulled up right in front and went inside to ask if they would mind helping me get the cap off so I could top it up real quick …. and she came outside right away with me and popped it off herself!! They went out of their way to help me make sure my car was taken care of properly and LAST MINUTE!!! Then Danielle even offered me the quart of oil so I didn’t have to go to Walmart and get another one. 🥹 Thank you thank you thank you!!!”

“Needed a tire patched on a Saturday but every shop I called was closed or behind with no availability for days. Chandler at Gray’s answered immediately, told me to head right over, and the guys in the back were working on it in <5mins.
Also, didn’t realize I didn’t have my wallet or any cards until I arrived. I asked if they could do a manually entry they quickly said they’d be “happy to take care of it” and insisted I not worry about returning later with payment.
Between their team working me in so quickly AND their generosity to get me back on the road at no charge this visit, I’ll only be using their team for any and all my car needs moving forward!

“The merchandise was organized and displayed nicely. Having the drink cups within reach after ordering helped to keep the line moving. You were still serving hot dogs and my pretzel ? was hot! Having a clean bathroom is always a plus, Kudos. Double lines for exiting the store is also a nice plus. We live in Louisiana and were passing through. I would stop ? again. Always an affordable break.”
