“I cannot recommend Cherokee Farms RV Center enough! Their family-owned business truly exemplifies what customer service should be. I recently had several issues with my 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 39R, including problems with my power gear jacks, refrigerator, and hot water heater.
What impressed me most was when Bobby discovered that the previous service center had incorrectly wired my dishwasher, potentially leading to a serious disaster. He took the time to fix it while installing my new residential refrigerator and ensured the inverter would keep it cold during travel. They also upgraded my confection microwave oven and installed a new Splendid washer-dryer combo.
As a full-time RVer and a single woman, it means the world to me to have someone advocate for me with the warranty company to resolve these issues. I am so grateful for their expertise and the exceptional customer service they provide.

“I typically work on my own vehicles. But I had a lug nut I couldn't get off. I'd previously had 2 tires mounted here so I went in to see if I could get help with that so I could finish my brake job myself. They listened to me and immediately jumped on my issue. They got me set up and I went home and changed my brakes successfully. The lady at the front desk is super nice and every one of the mechanics I have met have been kind and knowledgeable. Great down to earth mechanic who is still doing this for the passion of it. At 75 an hour, he is the lowest cost by far of anything you will find. Most dealerships cost anywhere from 120 to 180 an hour to work on a part that can cost under 50. Think head gaskets, cheap part expensive job due to labor hours.
He is licensed, insured, and probably way long in AL than you. Many local companies, such as dealerships, trust him with their vehicles, and a lot of those cars you see on display on orange beach are his creations.”

“Fantastic Service at a Great Price. Everyone that needs tires rotated or installed needs to know them.Purchased 4 tires online. Went to Bon Secour Tire & Automotive to have them installed on a trailer. Cost was $10 per tire plus $2 per valve stem. Total of $48. Walmart charges $11 per tire and you have to remove the tires and take them to the Walmart.Super Service!!!”
“My Mitsubishi is getting close to the 100K mileage and needed to have the regular maintenance done. So I started looking online and found the great reviews for Tony, gave him a call, and set up an appointment for him to come to me! Such an amazing way to have the maintenance done on my vehicle. I wasn't rearranging work, sitting in a waiting room for hours and putting off all the things I could be getting done at home. Tony and his assistant were great. Tony explained everything he was going to repair ahead of time and the cost, got the best parts quickly (and at a discount) and was all finished up within a couple of hours. Also, he helped me find an antenna on Amazon that I can simply order and replace myself. The same part that the dealership in Pensacola quoted as $124, on Amazon for $7.99, and I can replace it myself easily! So glad I didnt go there! I don't think there could be a better experience having my car serviced. Genuine, knowledgeable, experienced, honest, quick and efficient concierge service. Plus, really nice guys! “I only leave reviews, when its inexcusably bad , or exceptional. We full time RV with an F350 Power Stroke diesel pulling a 16K fifth wheel and were spending the winter in Gulf Shores with oil leaks. Their forte is performance....but they also rock on Ford diesels. My repairs sadly were common for the engine and (sadly) were extensive. The were honest explaining the issues and the best way forward. While the bill was painful, it was done right which is most important. They also shared their extensive knowledge on my engine which equips me further as an owner. The owners are are great people who take care of their customers and employees. Their diesel mechanic like the owners was exceptional. I'm grateful that I found them.”
“I’m down here in the Foley area on vacation and the “check engine light” comes on and doesn’t go out. Took my Chevy to the dealership to find out what was wrong. It turned out the problem with my car couldn’t wait. To make a long story short. Ted the Service Advisor got my Chevy in, checked out and repaired in a day.
