“As a taxi driver, go by the store all the time. They've always been helpful. The store is always clean. The staff is always nice. Nothing but high marks from me. Reading other comments you would think a place has to be perfect to get high ratings.some of them aren't even about the store or their operation. I hate that they've given them bad marks because their pumps were slow one time at the beginning when they opened up or is it two employees were having a disagreement. Keep up the good work.”

“Had a very pleasant experience here today with the two different areas of the store. Pharmacy and retail. Folks were very friendly, helpful and made the trip in a pleasure today. Had to order some drugs and buy some OTC items. Based on todays visit I will return gladly to give them my business. Hoping they have the same service every trip in.”

“As a rule, CVS provides competent, efficient & knowledgeable Pharmacy service. Our experience in the Orange Beach Perdido drive-up was FAR LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE. It was at about 11:30 am today, one vehicle ahead of us. We waited over 20 minutes. When it finally was our turn at the window, we were not offered so much as “thank you for your patience “, or any pleasantry whatsoever. This is rude and not customer-friendly.”

“Yesterday my vehicle somehow locked while the keys were inside of it when my family stopped for a potty and gas break. The 2 women who were working were so accommodating. They allowed my family to borrow their cell phone to contact a locksmith multiple times and offered to buy my family drinks since it was so hot out and out wallets/phones were also inside the vehicle . I believe the woman's name was Carol. I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating situation given the circumstances. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! ?”

“I don’t normally take time out to write a review but for this Shell location, located in the middle of Foley beach express, I had to take time! The ladies in the kitchen rock it every day selling out of their home cooked lunch specials by 12:30 daily with big smiles on their faces! Friendly staff goes above and beyond and shows you what true southern hospitality is! Bathrooms are clean. I have a huge variety items for sale, and I would highly recommend them with five stars you should drop by on your way to the beach!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Located at the corner of Orange Beach Blvd and Canal Rd. Sometimes hard to get out based on the traffic and weird street configuration. Has always been reliable with gas service. The inside is like pretty much all C-Stores but they did carry items I have not seen in other stores. I stop in often for a Bang or small Red Bull. Never that crowded except during lunch hour a couple of times. People have been friendly and helpful.”

“Wow! What customer service given by Gail over the phone. I called in to ask if they had any youth 50-80 lbs life vest. As I live 30 minutes from this store that was very helpful. Gail said they had life jackets and offered to go check for me and let me know. Then came back to let me know they did. She was so polite & friendly. Wish we had more like her. Keep up the good work. I hope y'all pay her well!”
