“I was in at this South Huntsville location last night with a stranded vehicle and needed a battery. The assistant manager, Dustin, went above and beyond my expectations to help me out and get me out the door fast and back to my vehicle. He was personable, friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me out. That is rare these days. I have done business with several O'Reilly stores in Huntsville, but these guys are the best! They will take care of you!”
“Went to get my battery checked out and as a dodge owner, I always expect issues (complicated car). Kennedy started helping us, giving different options and idea, but we had to take the battery out to get the information she needed so she passed it off to Alejandro who was able to take it out and replace it pretty easily. The store was pretty busy during this time and I appreciate the assistance and time they both took.”

Not only did her and Karson wait but she had both options on counter waiting for me and they were both super friendly. They didn’t act the least bit upset or put out. So crucial because I couldn’t miss work the next day. I’d drive from anywhere in Madison county for this store.”
