“I purchased granite countertops from Home Depot & a new kitchen sink. I utilized their service of also removing my old countertops & sink. Upon installation I realized that a portion of my wall had came off with the removal of the old countertops. The installer did the best to patch it, yet it was an eye sore. I emailed Home Depot w/pictures, and I received a response that very day. And within just a few days they had came to a resolution to address the situation, & a decision that me as the consumer was pleased with. It was done in a timely manner & with professionalism. All in all the countertops & sink look great!! Grace with M&M Stone Design, & Chasity & Daphne at Home Depot were ALL very helpful through the process.”
