“I've been a customer for over 7 years. Tom has done excellent work and runs a tight shop. I've had real issues with my mail getting misplaced in other stores, but not with Hoover Mail Center. Highly recommended for reliable service and a straight answer. If you grade service by bubbly smiles and platitudes, go elsewhere, and don't be surprised at their apathetic shrugs when your mail is missing. Tom takes his work seriously and I really appreciate it.”

I was unexpectedly surprised by the fast paced line moving right along and to find out it was due to the sales associates working, who, not only were knowledgeable in their field of expertise but also very patient and friendly with people who might not have been as up to date with the changing of such a fast paced, technology centered world. They had extra staff to call and lend a hand if a customer needed any explanation or extra assistance, which proved to be the ultimate game changer.”

“EDIT #2) This UPS Store location has changed a lot in terms of customer service. I needed help with printing a shipping label and neither of the two ladies got in any type of hurry to help us. The younger lady had an attitude like we were inconveniencing her by being there. They used to have the best customer service but this lady they had working the last time I was there did not need to be working with customers period.EDIT #1) Awesome. My office away from the office. This is the nicest, most customer service oriented team I've ever seen. Wish I could give them more stars - they are just that good. Upper management should be proud.”
