“I cannot say enough good things about The Clothes Tree by Deborah! Me and my daughter had the best experience in this store April 20, 2024. They two sales associates took care of my daughter. They brought her dress after dress. Help her with trying them on. They were terrific. When we arrive we only had about hour and a half before they closed. When closing time came they were still helping us getting us dresses. We had driven 2 1/2 hr. To get there and it was well worth it. The assortment of formal dresses is superb! The owner Deborah came around to our dressing room about closing time to assure us there was no hurry. She came back by and asked my daughter to come out to the big mirror for a good look at the dress we were interested in. Deborah was so kind I can truly say we made a new friend that day! She showed us how the dress should be hemmed. She went over every detail with us. Upon checking out she asked if they associates had show us the gowns from the trunk show they had earlier in the week. We had not seen them so she took us back upstairs showed us the sample dresses and explained to us just exactly how a trunk show worked. All of this after closing. Thank you Deborah and associates for taking the best care of my daughter and putting her in the perfect dress!!!”
“I found Maxine Furs after another furrier, in Hoover, SERIOUSLY FLUBBED a job that they measured my head for (to provide alterations on two hats I inherited). John, at Maxine Furs of Hoover, did a master job of making both hats fit, and also removed an akward band that the other furrier added to one of my fur hats. Alterations from the other business left both hats much too large. Even turning the thick band inside didn't help the fit-and they would not agree to a fix their measuring error, as requested. John & Silvana also repaired my Pearl fur hat and mink stole when the skins began to break down (I didn't store them upon interitance). John provides superb service as a Master Furrier and works to satisfy customers!”

“Personal experience - If you want to tighten and build lean muscle this is it! Weight loss is one thing but if you need to tighten with or after weight loss, this is the absolute best way! It is muscle fatigue and contraction with weights and stretching during the entire class. The best part for me was challenging myself where I was. I’m going in 10 months and know that PB is a permanent part of my life now.”
“I had a problem with 2 diffusers I purchased last year. spoke to Emily, she most knowledge, sweetest kindest , she treated me like family , the greatest experience I've had with a retail managerial experience that she has... hence , you can't train someone to be as sincere, listened, gosh I can't say enough , another thing that stood out to me was the fact that Emily had explained to her associate what was going on . One hand knew what the other was doing , very impressed and I will remember her , her name . if I was still in business I would have offered her a position with my company... One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help.
