“Best service I’ve ever seen from a retail shoe store. High tech—they use a 3D foot scanner to help find the best fit and then advise on shoe selection. High touch—a rep greets you and stays with you the whole time.
I have to brag on the team member Clay—he unboxed every shoe for me, prepared it for trying on, and then did something I have never seen before at a shoe store: he literally asked to put each pair of shoes on my feet and lace them up for me.

“The best store for shopping and spending a few hours in to try on all the beautiful dresses, shirts, bras, lingerie. The staff are just the greatest! I was able to get great prices and if they didn’t have it in stock on the clearance rack they checked the online store and shipped it me for free . I was in the store on vacation with my husband doing a work/ training conference . I felt like I was so welcomed and appreciated. I left to go eat lunch and came back for few more hours to make sure to try on everything that I saw . I left my American Express credit card on the counter by mistake . This store associate tried to contact me and stored it locked up until I got back there . I can say enough positive things about my shopping experience. It’s so hard to find nice shirts when you are larger on the top than the bottom. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends, co workers, church members. “This is a great little consignment shop! I stumbled upon it om a recent trip to Alabaster and found some AMAZING deals! The staff was so welcoming and friendly They asked me what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. When I went to checkout they pointed out several other items that they thought I might be interested in based upon the things I selected. It worked because I ended up buying even more stuff lol. “I recently stopped by Kohl’s in Hoover to return some Amazon items and spent a little time walking through the store afterward. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of merchandise.
What surprised me most was how few people were shopping. For such a large store, it felt unusually quiet, and it made me wonder how brick-and-mortar retailers are competing in today’s environment. The merchandise was nice, but some of the pricing seemed a bit higher than I expected.
That said, the store was pleasant to shop in, easy to navigate, and the return process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a good experience and a solid place to shop, especially if you’re already stopping in for an Amazon return.
