“The retail store manager, Stefon, was not pleasant to work with either time I entered the store to process a warranty for my son. Trenna and Octavia were upbeat, great personalities, pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. Such a disappointment watching the store manager get frustrated while explaining what we were waiting.
