The work done was perfect in every detail, including hidden damage behind the dented back bumper. I cannot say enough about Ashley. She is so knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of my repair. She also told me about "diminished value", which I had no idea about. Ashley knows every detail of any repair work necessary, and all the details needed working with the insurance company. Upon arriving to pick up my car, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. “No one wants to be here, but if you find yourself needing a battery, I definitely recommend them! In hindsight, I probably should have called first to make sure they had the battery I needed, but I didn't. I just jump-started the car and went. They listened, they found what I needed, discussed my options, and then put in the new battery. It was an ideal experience. My last autoparts store said I should not inflate my own tires, I should have a man do that for me and also said I needed to pick-up blinker fluid... so I definitely wasn't looking forward to going out dropping $200, but it was completely worth it in the end. I appreciate them so much.”
