“Simply no comparison to any of the others. I am very particular when it comes to my family's safety, second, Fowlers trustfulness and quality of work. Yes I am biased, I went to Fowlers with my Grandfather as a child, Dad as a Teen, Uncle as an adult and now me as almost a Senior.
Because of proximity I tried two others shops, both in Columbus. One shop in Columbus almost killed my wife, results of a product and installation malfunction that shop did. I gave the shop fair opportunity to correct or make it right. According to the shop I would be the very first to ever make a complaint or had a problem. if so you almost killed us. Well hope I can save someone else from my making my mistake of looking for convivence. My daughter drives in from out of town just to go with Fowlers. The oldest daughter is in town and she uses Fowlers.
Hands Down no one but Fowlers will do this specialized services for us, and you guessed it, I'm going to introduce my grandson to Ryan and Raymond Fowler.
With Noah's customer service and advisement skills and Ryan's technical service and research knowledge skills especially with vendors; The whole Team is First Class in specialized suspension and brake and more. You know they are good when you want to put something under the Christmas tree for them. You gotta have this type of Business to service your vehicles just as you would want the best Dr. or Surgeon conducting a procedure or maintaining your health.”

“I was needing a battery for my Infiniti and my first contact was James Beaver at the store and he helped get me with Tristan who assisted from there. Tristan and his partner first helped me run a check on my engine light and then explained what could be wrong and recommendations to fix. Tristan then installed my battery which was not in an easy location and he was very attentive and made sure everything he removed was put back in correct place and we tested battery and car cranked right up. This whole store staff were excellent and if I were to visit a store in the future for auto needs this will be my store. Great service and care provided.”

“Napa had a sale on the products I needed. At the time it was about 2 dollars cheaper qt than Wallyworld. Picked up 4 stroke full synthetic Valvoline and some Napa 80w90 gl5 gear oil for a UTV service at a price no other place could beat. Great price, very friendly staff, and had my products in my had in about 2 minutes of entering the store. I recommend you check their website before defaulting to your wally store trip.”

“I had an unexpected car problem while traveling and stopped at this Advance Auto Parts location in Phenix City,Alabama.I came in worried and stressed, but the young man working there went far beyond what I expected from a store employee.
He didn’t just sell me oil — he truly cared about helping me. He checked my oil level, helped me understand what was happening with my car, tried to find a nearby oil change station for me, and made sure I felt safe before getting back on the road. He even told me to call if I had any trouble while driving.
