“We found our Doxie-Bassett Hound mixed-breed here 5 years ago, but lost her ("Pebbles" [Photo attached]) on December 21st, 2020 due to bladder stones & a slipped disc condition. On January 21st, 2021, we got a little tan "hound" that escaped from her leash only 4 hours after rescuing her (named her "Dixie"), and we have been searching for her for five days now (Jan. 25th).This nice facility is aiding in helping us "catch" her since I reported to them that I think that she has been eating some food left outside on the front & back porches a couple of times. She is a "stray" that has likely been used to being "on her own" although being VERY timid and scared.”

“My main reason for my store visits is the aquatics department. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They involve their customers in every aspect of their purchase. From picking the right product to the livestock. Without overwhelming the customer. Their time management and awareness of their tasks and customers is great even when it’s busy. It’s obvious they are passionate and love what they do. With their personal experiences as well with the product and livestock. They are able to give real world information, rather than just hear say from customers, training, and online training alone. Overall, they are honest, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely shows 100% world class customer service!”

“The experience I received at Petland was great. They didn't force a pet on me and allowed me to make choices that was best for me not the company. I wound up getting a nice puppy; too soon to say the overall with puppy only 3 days now(7/3/23). So far all is well though. Btw; all documents were explained to me so I can't say I don't know...the only shortcoming is prices for pet is not cheap so know the $$$$$ is real.Thanks Jenna for your help!”

“Pet Supermarket on Macon Road , Columbus, Ga is the place for Pet Food and Accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient. The climate is so relaxing upon entering. I look forward to shopping at Pet Supermarket. There is a major variety of Dog food and play things for my Pit Bull-Terrier. I have made friends there and this is the only Pet store I shop in . “Don't know about Tractor Supply in general, but this store is maintained well, has friendly & helpful staff which is important to us as we are in our 70's. But most important.. they have needed items that the bigger "box stores" don't have. Thanks for your help yesterday!”
