Her personality is friendly, silly, caring, and helpful. She's so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in her work and in life as well. I've seen nothing but hard work, kindness, and genuine desire to help her customers. She connects genuinely with so many of her customers, which is an amazing quality to have in an employee. She's a rare gem - we need more Cynthia's in the world ♥Cynthia just keeps it real with everyone equally and wants people to show respect to her and everyone else in line. Nothing wrong with that!!”

She handled it- had it found put on my porch (thanks Kim!)Mistakes are possible in any business, esp post office. To err is human. To follow-up and remedy the situation, is divine!”

The ladies I’ve worked with here always have a smile, are polite and were killer with my 1year old when we took photos for his passport.”
