“The 5 star is for the staff, otherwise this bank is terrible. Mon-Thurs they close at 3pm, Friday at 5pm when most banks stay open til 6pm, Saturdays not open when most banks are open on Saturday. The beginning of September, I will be closing my account.”

“I answered a WalMart "gift" survey and then my ATM card kept getting rejected. I went to my branch because I was upset. The teller looked up my account, then explained the "gift" survey was fraudulent and I needed to be issued another ATM card. They did it ON THE SPOT!! It used to take 7-10 business days to get a new card but now, the branch can do it immediately. I was so glad that Regions Bank was looking out for me and my best interest. I had no idea it was fraudulent but now I don't answer any WalMart survey. Thank you Regions for taking care of me.”
