“I’m a very regular customer at this store because the service is always amazing! Recently I called because my tires were making a loud noise that I couldn’t figure out and spoke with Joseph! I was told to bring my car by and they’d check it out for me. I drove by and as promised he and one of his workers checked my car out they quickly figured out the issue & had me on my way in no time with my tire fixed! A positive attitude goes a long way and I’ve always had nothing but top tier service at this store! Keep up the great work guys!!! If you need to go to Gray’s Tires be sure and ask for Joseph he will definitely take care of you!”

“We Just baught a used vehicle and I brought it to Gipson's Tire pros for a Oil change and a Inspection. They found a few things that needed fixed. After i agreed to let them do those repairs, it was already almost 1400 so I was expecting to not get my vehicle until the next day, But they got all the repairs done before the close of business at 1730. Not only where the Rapair costs and everything very fair and affordable. They where also very Respectful and kind. I most definitely will be using them for future Vehicle repairs.”
“Sexton tires ? was a very unusual experience! I took a chance of driving all over town looking to buy a set of tires for my truck “ which are an odd size “. When I walked in I was met by a sweet happy,and courteous lady. I asked if I could get a set of tires ? that fit my truck, unfortunately they didn’t have them . She looked up other stores to see if any of them had any “ that blew my mind “ . I’ve never had a store willing to send me to someone at another company to buy from another store. By the time I got through running around town looking for whatever needed is the woman told me that the warehouse had been closed at 12 o’clock Saturday. So I had her order me a set of tires for that Monday. She called me early Monday morning, and I told them I wanted to change sizes of the tires. . I got the tires i wanted , and they were done in about 20 minutes. “ Which blew my mind”. Usually tire stores take very long to have tires changed out.. The moral of this story is, I will be shopping at Sexton tires again!”

“We were on a roadtrip and stopped to grab dinner in Montgomery. While walking back to the car, we noticed that we had a flat tire. It was almost 7 o'clock and most tire stores were closed - those that were open rudely said they couldn't help us even though it was an emergency. Fortunately, Costco was on our same exit and they saved the day! Jacob L. was so helpful and provided quick and excellent customer service.”
“My wife and I left Columbia, SC today to go visit my brother in Waynesville, MO when the air conditioner in our Colorado went out around 4:00 pm on a Saturday on the east side of Montgomery, AL… it was close to 100.My wife Googled dealership / service centers in the area to see if we could get the problem diagnosed and fixed.The first place we went to said they were only changing oil, rotating tires, and didn’t have a technician on duty and they couldn’t help us till Monday. However, they were very nice and called Luke Echols at Capitol Chevrolet… he said bring it on over.Long story short… Luke and his staff might be the most professional group of people we have met in some time. They fixed our air conditioner and had us back on the road within an hour.We would take our vehicle to Capitol Chevrolet for all its needs and routine service but it’s a five hour drive from our house… our service department in Columbia, SC ain’t even close to the positive experience we had today.I would give 10 stars but fives the limit.”
