“I send a lot of packages and I have been to every post office in the Tri-County area. This was hands-down the best experience I have had. The man working upfront was absolutely amazing. From the time we walked in to the time that we left, he had the best customer service that I’ve seen in a post office. My three-year-old son was with me and he just made his day! Thank you!”

“Very much improved. I don’t know what the change was, but there’s now courtesy and polite behavior from the staff, which is a huge upgrade. Dare I say, friendly and knowledgeable staff? Hoping it continues getting better. Give them a try if you’ve been avoiding them.”

“Very helpful, lady was very nice friendly and knowledgeable. It was very hot inside, so hot i asked her if she had a fan at least behind the counter. She said yes but it wasn't doing much. They need to take better care of the employees.”
