“I was in a serious bind needing something printed. I couldn't get the app to work. I called the store Mackenzie was amazing! She stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes trying to help me. I still couldn't get the app to work. She let me send my job to her email and printed it for me. This sweet girl went so fare above and beyond to help me! If everyone who works in retail or customer service was as helpful as her the world would be a better place. I can't say enough good things about Mackenzie!”
