“Rented a 6' x 12' trailer last Saturday to haul something but it was last minute so I had to drive from Talladega to Birmingham to pick it up and I was very pleased with the service , price and how fast and easy it was . Use your local dealership of course but if not available the one off 1st avenue beside the airport in Birmingham is awesome ! Wish I could remember the sweet and helpful ladies name but I'm willing to bet she'll be the same one who helps you if you go there....she is great and will not take her but a couple minutes to get you on your way !”

“I came in on Sunday after traveling from Moody to secure a rental with the center point location and there was only ONE person maintaining the entire store. It was unacceptable. The poor young man was running around securing equipment, attaching trailers, talking to customers on the phone, checking out reserved equipment and checking in returned equipment. He did a great job but management should be ashamed for only having one person on the desk during weekend peak hours. The overall customer service was great. The management and scheduling issues should be addressed.”
