“While driving home from Florida, we stopped for gas in Prattville and discovered that the engine splash shield under our Toyota Highlander was hanging down. We found Auto Body Services nearby and called to see if they could help. Dan told us to bring it right over.
Dan and his team took care of us immediately, secured the shield, and had us safely back on the road in no time. When we asked how much we owed them, they said, “No charge — just leave us a review.” What wonderful kindness and customer service, especially for two travelers just passing through!

“I would give them a million stars if I could. My car wouldn't start, a tow truck came out to jump it and determined it was the battery. Durbins was the first place I called to see if they had a battery in stock for my car... and if they could help me install it because it's a newer car. They did and they did. I booked it over there and they got me fixed up in a matter of minutes. Definitely went above and beyond.”

“I have had several opportunities to visit the Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop in Prattville Alabama for service and every occasion has been a positive experience. I own a RV that is built on a Ford E450 Super Duty cutaway chassis and it is not easy to find a Ford dealership with the capacity to service this size vehicle. The Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop fills a great need in central Alabama for RV’ers and other heavy duty vehicle owners.
They have not only heavily invested in a nice facility, the staff is awesome. I have recommended this facility to several RVing friends and their experience has been positive as well.”

“Noah in service and the crew at quick lane continues to do a great job. Dropped my truck off for oil & rotation before going out of town. I also had a new tail light waiting at the local body shop.
They offered to deliver the truck to the body shop so they could preform their part in order for me to have my truck while coming back in town.
Also, my oil change, tire rotation, air filter cost was cheaper than what my wife paid for her new Kia at a different local high volume service. Cheaper by $40.
Saved money, better service. Dealer services on your dealer specific truck typically goes well when needing warranty work so it’s always preferred if able. Thanks guys.”
