“I’ve had nothing but good experiences, and I’ve been at Maxwell for a while. First off, let me help the people who are confused about the conflicting hours. When you walk in the main door on your left is the United States Postal Service and they have separate hours from the window in the right hand corner, which is the Maxwell Postal Service Center. Those two operations run independently of one another, which is why they have different operating hours. At both locations, the people are friendly and have gone out of their way to help me at times when I’ve had issues with shipments coming in. I don’t believe the 2.7 out of 5 rating is deserved.”
“Maxwell Air Force Base is blessed to have this postal station on base. More over, we are lucky to have Shelia there. I always find reasons to ship things off because it's such a treat to just exchange pleasantries with her. Though we are going through tough times, she has made sure each and every package I have brought there (there have been hundreds) made it out expeditiously. kk”
