“On 25 September 2023 I visited the Millbrook Post Office to mail a book to Las Vegas via snail mail. Brittany, the postal clerk, was very helpful as she always is and informed me that my package would arrive 3 October. Took my receipt for USPS Tracking and to fill out customer service survey. Filled out survey, and followed up with personnel at Post Office to see if they had received the glowing comments I'd left. They told me absolutely nothing. Anyway I returned to this Post Office to let Brittany know that my package arrived on 27 September, an amazing 48 hours later. She was courteous, kind and always helpful with postal matters. I hope she gets this feedback. She's a great postal employee.”

I always find reasons to ship things off because it's such a treat to just exchange pleasantries with her. Though we are going through tough times, she has made sure each and every package I have brought there (there have been hundreds) made it out expeditiously. kk”

“If you want to be 100% disappointed then go to Winton Blount post office and try to use the Kiosk. The people there will allow it to be down for 3 days before they even notice it doesn't work. If you have a small business like me then this post office on winton blount will mess you up everytime when using the kiosk. But if you want an kiosk that works for your after hours packages, then travel to Prattville Alabama l, it's about 20- 30 minutes away from winton blount. Their kiosk hasn't disappointed me yet. I smile every time because I know theirs work over there in Prattvile Al. The building does need better lighting at night so you can feel safer but overall it's a good place for sending packages after hours. Please add light to the outside, also reconsider the building posts. I always think someone is hiding behind them.”
