Main post office customer service was fantastic. The lines can be tough, but the staff is efficient and polite. They made my 5 package send-off much easier and stayed positive the entire time.

This place is a joke. Have done three change of address and even had the manager call me and still no mail almost two months later and my old address is still receiving my mail. Would give negative stars if I could.

I had a package that was here in Prattville out for delivery and somehow disappeared. I've talked to someone at the post office about it, but never got a call back. It's been 4 weeks since the day it was supposed to be delivered.
