“Banked at this branch for 20 years. aside from not keeping the deposit envelopes stocked up at the outdoor deposit, not bad. Corporate policies stink, as with most banks, but checking is completely Free & they have written off 4 bad check charges for me over the years. Also, the local girls have always been accommodating.”
“Very friendly staff and will work with you to accommodate your needs even if it means going out of their way to help you with your situation. That's what traditional Banks do for their customers and that's why they have been around long enough to call them traditional Banks,and no they aren't going out of business anytime soon. The reason being is that good ol' folks have trusted their life savings with Banks like this one all their life and have built a respectable relationship with the staff and management. Don't forget the time or times you have got in a situation that you needed a little cash to keep you out of trouble and they were there, but I've been to some of the newer Banks and they act like you already owe them something when you walk in the door. Those won't be around very long ?”

“I will never have enough good things to say about PNC. All locations.... excellent. Before i banked at pnc...I used to drop off one of my employees deposits at the Springhill branch. The first time I walked in they were almost dancing around welcoming me..lol. and each time i went in after that.... they seemed even happier to see me than the last. And i wasn't even a customer, lol.... .. so, after a couple of months I went to my bank (REGIONS) across the street, closed all my accounts...and walked my money across the street to PNC. They are so patient with me at this branch on airport. I think I'm up to ...12...idk..13 lost/destroyed/melted in the dryer checkcards. They literally laugh every time i come in because they know what I've done. They treat me like family and I love them. I'll never use any other bank.”
