“Amy at Grand Slam Storage on Grelot Rd. In Mobile, AL was the best! She helped us from the beginning until we closed our unit. Any time I needed anything she was there. If she wasn’t available, she would call me back as soon as she could.
Grand Slam Storage was very clean and the air conditioning was very acceptable.
If I ever need storage space again, Grand Slam will be my place.

“Simple storage facility in terms of navigation and location. Not so simple to get ahold of. I’ve tried calling them many times over the past couple of months to make a change to my account that I cannot do through the app, and they will not pick up. I’ve left voicemails and everything. I’m being charged extra for a feature that I no longer need and I cannot get ahold of anyone to make the change.
Edit: They did get ahold of me after seeing my review. The lady was super nice and helpful and solved my problem. I updated my review to four stars, still not five stars simply because it is a bit finicky trying to get a hold of them through the listed phone number.”

“Kevin and Marion moved me from Ozark to Mobile and it has been the best experience ever. They are quick, hard working and nice individuals.
We started in Ozark in the morning, and ended at the storage in Mobile the day after. During the night, the truck was kept in a climate control facility with no additional charges. They arranged everything in the storage in such a professional way, and worked so fast!
Kevin advised me to keep my vintage fridge’s door open in the storage, and they both remembered very well to place the plastic boxes by the door the way I had asked them to do. The price was reasonable, and much lower than the estimate. It is better to estimate a higher cost and reduce it later, if it’s necessary, and Kevin will do it for you, as he is fair. Keep it in mind when you hire this great company.
I will definitely use them again when I move into my new house.”

“You can tell this is a well managed location based on how clean the property was. Also the units were clean as well. The staff was friendly yet professional. They were transparent in explaining how the rentals worked. The payment options fit my needs. The location was conviently location close to two fast food locations. Also the area felt safe and secure. Great location!!”
