“I had to rent a uhaul recently on very short notice and I thought this was just going to be a big headache from start to finish. I didn't know anything about making reservations for this so we set out on the same day we needed it, to locate the exact one we needed. So we get to Dothan and have no idea where to go get it and I'm pretty sure we were looking kinda stupid just wandering around not having a clue about any of this but finally we spotted one so we pulled into a carwash where they were located but only seen one that we could use. There was a gentleman outside washing a car and we pointed to the one we were looking at and asked how to go about renting it and then he explained to just call the number for uhaul and if I'm not mistaken it was 1800gouhaul. I gave them a call to reserve a truck and I just couldn't believe how easy they made the entire experience for me. I had never had to deal with anything like this before so I wasn't sure what to expect but wow!!! I called and the lady answered so respectfully and had the truck I needed reserved in just a few minutes and we were ready to go right away to get it!!! The truck was very nice and easy to drive. I could see it was kept up well and all. Everything worked well and I have no complaints at all. We got our stuff done and we returned the truck and I just still can't believe how simple this whole process was lol I had myself all worked up and nervous for nothing at all lol I just had to laugh at myself hahaha ? they honestly earned my 5 full stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Went there to have a trailer hitch installed $128.00 when I got ready for my trip had no lights. Went back to have it checked was gonna have to come back the following week , they suggested I go to Truck Outfitter which they was backed up. Went to a Auto repair shop was told that first of all it was installed incorrectly that there was no need for all the wires that my vehicle has a pigtail built in all the tech had to do was plug it in. The tech showed me where it's located that I was over charged and it wasn't done correctly. Went back to Uhaul again with it still under warranty they want me to go to Truck Outfitter. Which they said I had to pay to have it fixed informed Uhaul of this they checked my warranty and was told it would be a week cause they was backed 3”
