“We always shop at Advance but this time we were stuck needing a belt and no way to get it. Tim very graciously brought the belt to us. That meant the world! We will ALWAYS shop at Advance Auto(Robertsdale). Fyi....my dad was a master mechanic who owned his own parts store (back in the 70's, 80's) but he ALWAYS had one person designated to make deliveries. It was just good customer service and this effort showed Advance cares about their customers!”

“I have never been to this particular Auto Zone as it located a couple of states away from where I live.With that said, I know that the service at this store must be top notch!A package I sent to my wife was accidentally mixed up with this store's Fed Ex delivery. Jeremy called me from the store and let me know what happened as soon as they found it.They could have just ignored it or even stolen it. Instead, Jeremy took the time and effort to make sure the package got to the right person.That shows me that this particular Auto Zone is staffed by some good people. Honest people, like Jeremy, who care enough to help someone out who is not even one of their customers.”
