“I had a couple of small issues with my car but then had a major oil leak after having my oil changed at an express service. I called and they were able to get me in the same day, they worked with my warranty company and kept me up to date every step of the way. Customer service is amazing and I am so grateful they were recommended! WayMaker will be my go to for all my car needs in the future!”

“H & W was incredible... I have an old Camry and am driving it until it dies or I win the lottery... almost 200k miles, has moisture issues since I went for a joy ride and left the sunroof open, and tons of electrical issues after that... I had taken it to other places before we moved and no one could find anything wrong... or maybe didn't try because H & W found the issue in about an hour... I had the check engine light pop on and limped it over to them since I had heard great things... I got a call next day saying due to the electrical issues the on board computer wasn't talking to them and could I approve a few hours of work so they could diagnose... "oh boooy... here we go I thought". A few hours later they called back and I was ready to have to approve more hours... NOPE. They had found and fixed the electrical issue, read the code from the computer, fixed that and they were ready for me to pick it up. "How much was it"... (Travel back 2 hours: We had talked about a price I didn't really want to go above prior to them starting the work... they didn't just do the work without asking... they're not animals...) "Well text you the bill"... OOHHH FUUUUUDDGE. Only I didn't say Fudge... opened the bill and man... RIDICULOUSLY REASONABLE.
Im still waiting for my car to fall apart... but if it does... it won't be because of H & W.

“Went to see them for a power steering pump and starter for my truck. We originally scheduled for Wednesday this week, they called and said they could get me a day earlier. Good work at a fair /honest price. We will certainly be using them again. My only complaint was having to stop by a couple times, I kept missing the owner who does the work estimates. An acceptable minor inconvenience is well worth fair price and good work.”

“I had a problem with my 2008 Dodge sprinter three lights would show up on the dashboard at different times there is a man who works there name is Blake because I was in dire need of something to be done he put his code reader on my unit the OBD two connection and cleared and explained just what my problem was and for that I thank them whole heartedly to get me back on the road again without much delay these people are the finest bar none I can’t recommend them enough to solve anybody’s problem and that day was a busy day believe me-to take the time off from another project and help me get started was beyond above and beyond my expectation I cannot thank you people enough for your help. “While traveling from Reidsville, GA to Sylacauga, AL, our car started making a flapping noise and we were unsure as to what the noise was. We went on google to find the nearest auto repair shop and came across Grimes Auto Care. Gave him a quick call and asked if he could check it out and he said to bring it on by. “Scott was awesome in getting my car repaired.My starter went out when I stopped at a convenience store. He met me after I got a new starter and went to work. I left while he was repairing the car due to other commitments.He later called me to tell me I had been given the wrong starter, but not to worry because he had taken the starter back and exchanged it for the right one.Car was fixed and ready to drive.He went above what he was asked to do by exchanging the starter.If you need your car fixed, I highly suggest calling this guy. 5 ? all the way.”
“Jared was the one that worked on my truck. Hes a very polite young man. Nice, down to Earth did a real good job. They said they would have me in 4 o'clock in the afternoon or first thing tomorrow they had me in 2 o'clock this afternoon and I rolled out of there at about 5:30 3hour and 30min. Job well done, East Alabama tractor-trailer & equipment. If you're in the area, I would recommend. Have your truck worked on here.”

“My experience with Dykes is nothing like the reviews. They are very busy because they are the cheapest Tow Trucking business in town. They understand business( if your rates are reasonable, you'll get more business). Anywho, I took my 2015 nissan altima to Lynch Nissan and they stated I needed a transmission, catalytic converter and the manifold was cracked. Dykes was the tow company and little to my surprise, they fix cars. Vicky was VERY professional and so helpful. She found me a used transmission, quoted me for the transmission and catalytic converter. Dykes repaired my car and it is on the road. Whew, I have NOTHING bad to say about this business. I am grateful they were there when I needed them. They were straightforward, honest and transparent throughout the repair process. Thanks Dykes and especially, Vicky.”
