“Staff was amazing! Never experienced such a friendly group of hotel staff. The room was good, carpets are a little rough but overall a good spot. We had the suite and it worked very well with our 14month old.”
“I stopped here for the night after a long drive. The Wyndham Microtel next door didn't have anyone at the desk while I waited for 10 minutes before I gave up and walked out.. I think it was in my best interest as when I walked through the front doors of this Comfort Suites I was greeted warmly by Angela at the front desk. She got me all checked in and was extremely pleasant, efficient, and professional. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and I got a much needed night's rest. Grateful for the experience after a long day of driving.”

“Amazing hotel and staff in a convenient location! I stayed here for a little over 2 months for a work trip and the stay was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The hotel is fairly new which is a plus as well. It’s right across the street from QuikTrip and has easy access to I-65. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the area! Approx. 15 mins from downtown and airport rd. If I could give 10 stars I would!”
“It's owned by an Indian conglomerate Corp LLC ..... The owners are nice ... I live behind it in the trailer section ... Message me on FB if you seriously want to know but I pay rent to these people and they control wether I have a place to live”

“Our first time the beds were a little comfy the microwave is great the mini fridge was barely working someone else left the TV on airplane mode for no reason the USB ports were working fast the staffs were stomping weirdly everywhere ? my kids were full crazy mode after seeing this the week here went dog mode ? I loved most of it”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Home Away From Home in Mobile, AL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Whenever work brings me to Mobile, Alabama, there’s only one place I stay: Hampton Inn & Suites. I’m a Hilton Diamond Member and travel often, staying exclusively at Hilton properties—but this location is, hands down, my favorite.
From the moment you walk in, this hotel truly feels like home. Brandi, the General Manager, runs this place in a way that sets the gold standard for hospitality. The culture she’s built is obvious—you can tell the staff genuinely loves working here, and that energy carries straight through to the guest experience. She treats both her team and her customers with respect, care, and consistency, and it shows in every detail.
Jermaine, the Chief Engineer, is equally outstanding. Everything here works exactly as it should, every single time. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have never once had an issue—not even a small one.
From Savannah to the rest of the incredible team (I wish I knew everyone’s name), the staff makes me feel less like a guest and more like family coming back for a visit. That level of service is rare—and unforgettable.
