“The manager has a heart of gold and the staff are amazing! We had stayed 5 days and were taken well care of. Going above and beyond is one thing but the staff knew our situation and why we were there for our loved one and made our stay stress free. These ladies are incredible and I appreciate the hospitality given to us! I highly recommend you to stay at this location. They even sell local honey!!!”

“Easy accessible to I 65. Comfortable, clean, with nice employees. Beds are soft. They have a full breakfast with meats, spinach quiche, biscuits, and fruits. Delicious coffee as well. I stay here everything I'm in the Mobile area.Rooms: Clean and quiet.”

“Was pleasantly surprised at beautiful service by Barbara at front desk. Checking in with no reservations. Room was nice. Price was great. Soap could be larger for showers. My dog loved it too.Safety: Did not feel threatened by atmosphere. Room could lock better.Walkability: Was 1st floor car in front of room.”

“The staff was very professional and kind. We felt like we were family. Our grandson left his silver necklace there - we had not yet realized that we left it - and they called to tell us they had it at the front desk. We were able to pick it up on our way back from our vacation. When we returned Ms. Diana was happy that we made it back and while we waited to meet family, made a fresh pot of coffee! We enjoyed her company!! We definitely recommend this hotel!!Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our family.”

“This Quality Inn has friendly staff, management, and ownership. It is located just off I-65 and has plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores close by.The hotel has a small workout room/gym as well as an office/business center, pool, elevator, working ice machine, snack and soft drink options.The pool water was cool but not cold and very enjoyable.The halls are open and clean. Wheel chair access is in abundance here.The room I stayed in was 112. See attached photos of room and hotel. The AC was ice cold. They also had the AC going all day so it was not hot in the room when I arrived. The water was super hot and the room ease clean. It also had a small fridge with freezer and a microwave.This hotel does offer a hot breakfast everyday. The options vary by day but they offer gravy, eggs, biscuits, sausage as well as the norms of juices, coffee, bread, bagel, muffins, yogurt, waffles. I am sure I am missing something. Lot's of variety.I recommend this hotel. See attached photos.”
“Front desk personnel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful especially Hannah. House keeping were very good in cleaning my room and had a great personality as they cleaned or saw you on the floor. The hotel was in a great location to the city of saraland and me needs while my residence was being repaired.”
