These folks are always very helpful. We've ordered some heavy items recently and needed several employees to assist in loading. They've been terrific. Also recently had an issue with a special order item. The managers and customer service reps were great in the Scottsboro location.”

“They had some isles closed and staff was not easy to find for assistance. They did however have a good selection of merchandise. So if you show plan to be a while unless you know the store real well!! Update! Their sales people are SO HELPFUL!! I am disabled and have trouble walking, and Karen at the pro desk was SO NICE to me!! She searched the store for me a handicapped chair and brought it to me! See pic!”
