“I recently joined for the 8wk Girls Night Out Challenge w/The American Cancer Society 35miles/31 days for Breast Cancer.. the entire staff/coaches are Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. The classes are fun and quick(just 30min), but don’t let that fool you, it’s about the kind of exercises you’re doing and you Will sweat and get sore.. so don’t think you’re not gonna benefit from it. The coaches are there if you need them + you can get nutrition advice and meal plans..It’s all about you and your fitness/health goals and the coaches are there to help you stay on track and keep you motivated!! I think it’s a great atmosphere and everybody I’ve met in classes so far have been really nice. I’m glad I signed up!”

“JH Crossfit is exactly what we were looking for. For over a year we've been struggling with going to the gym and working out without anything or anyone pushing us. We had a personal trainer for a couple years and after losing him, we were struggling. JH gives us the intensity we need and pushes us to do our best. We love the variety of workouts and being challenged to learn new skills. Everyone at JH is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. John and all the coaches are amazing. We look forward to the workouts. Give JH CrossFit a try you won't regret it.”
